CANDLE CARE
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE IMPORTANT TIPS AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WHEN BURNING YOUR CANDLES:
- Always trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn.
- 1st burn - ALWAYS let your candle burn approximately 2-4 hours to reach a full wax pool (from one side of candle container to the other) this helps prevent tunneling of your candle on further burns.
- Never leave a candle burning unattended.
- Never burn a candle near an open draft or fan.
- Never burn a candle near curtains, furniture or anything that can catch fire.
- Keep candles away from children and animals.
- Never touch or move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is liquefied.
- Don't burn a candle all the way down. Discontinue burning a candle when 1/2 inch remains.
- Never use a candle as a nightlight or while you may fall asleep.
- Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too big.
- Always make sure your candle is completely out and the ember is no longer glowing before you leave a room.
- Never use water to extinguish a candle.
- Use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle for the safest way to prevent hot wax from splattering.
